The system has first section (1) with supply point (11). A second section (2) is provided in the form of a device for mechanical separation (21) of microorganisms. A third section (3) is provided with tapping point (31). The third section (3) is connected to fourth section (4) by connection portion (32). The liquid is supplied from third section to the device for the mechanical separation (21) so as to prevent microorganisms from flowing in flow direction (S) upon circumventing the second section. An independent claim is included for method for reduction of contamination of microorganisms.
