There is provided a heat exchanger for a ventilation system, and more particularly, a heat exchanger for a ventilation system, which introduces outside air to the inside by primarily cooling/heating the air flowing from the outside, using cool/warm energy being likely to be lost when discharging inside air to the outside and which generates heat exchange in the middle of each of an air exhaust duct and an air supply duct which are positioned at both sides of the heat exchanger in a length direction of the ducts, comprising: so that thermal energy included in the discharged air is transferred to the introduced air so as to be used for primarily cooling/heating the introduced air, to save energy. |
