PURPOSE: A method for determining statutory requirements of a trademark and a system thereof are provided to collect opinions of a plurality of participants with a statistical method, thereby supplying a determination result for the statutory requirements of the trademark. CONSTITUTION: A determination system maintains a state that a participant terminal is connected to the determination system (S10). The determination system processes registration of a user terminal or a user system and maintains the state (S12). The determination system receives a request of determining predetermined statutory requirements for a predetermined determination object trademark from the user terminal or the user system (S100). Determination object trademark information and inquiry information for the statutory requirements are provided to one or more participant terminals (S200). Response information for the inquiry information is provided from the participant terminal (S300). Whether or not the determination object trademark corresponds to the statutory requirements based on the response information is determined with a statistical method (S400). A determination result is transmitted to the user terminal or the user system (S500).
