FLAT TYPE META-ARAMIDE FIBRID AND META-ARAMIDE PAPER USING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: Flat type meta-aramid fibrids is provided to broaden a width of fiber and prolong a length of fiber. CONSTITUTION: Flat type meta-aramid fibrids is manufactured with meta-phenylene diamine (MPD) and isophthaloyl chloride (IPC). The meta-aramid fibrids has a fiber length of 0.80-1.20 mm, a fiber width of 28-38 μm and a freeness of 50-400 ml. A formation index of flat type meta-aramid fibrids is less than 120.
