<p>PURPOSE: A touch detection apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent cracks in a conductive pattern during an insulating layer producing process, thereby remarkably reducing a detect rate. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate (200) includes an electrode pattern arranged on one side, a conductive line pattern (220) connected to the electrode pattern, and a capping pattern (230) connected to the conductive line pattern (230). A second substrate (300) includes a wiring pattern arranged on one side. An Optical Clear Adhesive (OCA) layer is placed on the first substrate, a transparent window is placed on the OCA layer, and a bonding pattern is placed between the first and the second substrate. The other sides of the first and the second substrate face each other and the first substrate includes a touch detection area and a peripheral area surrounding the touch detection area. The electrode pattern is placed in the touch detection area.</p> |
