PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a semiconductor device array using graphene are provided to omit processes for manufacturing array shaped single elements and to secure a display and a memory chip having excellent performance at low costs. CONSTITUTION: A preset pattern region (120) is formed at a preset position on a substrate. A graphene layer (130) is formed on the same pattern region. The same pattern region includes repeat patterns with different periods. Long period repeat patterns are placed between short period repeat patterns. The repeat pattern is a line grid shape.
