PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a bone-cartilage regenerating type hybrid support is provided to improve the efficiency of the support and to support both the bone and the cartilage of a human body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a bone-cartilage regenerating type hybrid support includes the following steps: a cell culture medium is introduced into a cell culture medium storage tank, hydrogel for forming cartilage is introduced into a hydrogel storage tank, and a synthetic polymer for forming bones is introduced into a synthetic polymer storage tank(S100); the synthetic polymer is injected into a synthetic polymer spraying nozzle to three dimensionally floated using a bio floater(S110); and the cell culture medium and the hydrogel are introduced into a fifth supplying pipe to be three dimensionally floated(S120).
