<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately and automatically extract information on an organization, career or skill of a person from a document file possessed by the organization or the person. <P>SOLUTION: A personal career information generation means 11 included in a personal PC 1 monitors the number of accesses to a document file 5 by using an application 6 associated with the document file 5. When the number of accesses is a predetermined threshold or more, the personal career information generation means 11 transmits career information in which personal identification information for identifying an individual, machine identification information for identifying the personal PC 1, document file specification information for specifying the document file 5, and a keyword included in the document file 5 are associated with each other, to an organization career information collection means 12.
