PURPOSE: A direct digital control device for compensating communication failure and mechanical errors due to water leakage and condensation and a building system are provided to prevent big accidents in advance by preventing electrical short circuit. CONSTITUTION: A door opens and closes the front of a main body. The main body is composed of a back plate and a circumferential plate. One or more branch control units (14) are installed on the front of a substrate. A moisture sensor (17) senses moisture and sends a signal to a main control unit. A ventilator (18) removes the moisture inside of the main body.
