Bagless vacuum cleaner with a dust container

The vacuum cleaner (10) has a dust container (12) i.e. cyclone, manufactured from electrochromic material and comprising electrodes to activate the material, where transparency of the material is continuously influenced. The electrodes are connected with an electric circuit to activate the material during combination of the container with the vacuum cleaner. The electric circuit is influenced by an operating device that is arranged at a handle (30). A lighting unit (40) i.e. LED, attached to the container is activated synchronously with the influencing of the transparency of the container.
