The device according to the second version comprises a sensitive element in the form of an S-shaped sensor, fixed at one end of the lever, and a horizontally arranged bearing for fixation of a plug with a roller, through which a rope is pulled at the other end, and vertically arranged bearings for fixation of the lever to the common platform.
