FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to farm industry, in particular, to fodder production. The fodder product preparation method involves dosed supplying of feedstuffs with a high protein component, a carbohydrate-and-mineral component and a vitamin component in the form of grass meal. The high protein component is represented by full fat soya flour; the carbohydrate-and-mineral component - by a hybrid of feed rutabaga with "Kuuziku" breed cabbage with particles sized 2-3 mm on the base whereof one prepares a protein-and-carbohydrate composition at a ratio of full fat soya flour to hybrid of feed rutabaga with "Kuuziku" breed cabbage being 1:8. Then one produces a mixture at the ratio of components: the protein-and-carbohydrate composition to feedstuffs to grass meal being 34.0:11.0:1; the composition is conditioned till dry substances content is equal 30-40%.EFFECT: invention implementation ensures production of a fodder product with increased biological value and homogeneous structure.2 dwg, 1 ex |
