A sewing machine looper mechanism includes vertical and horizontal shafts connected to the main shaft and to each other with two conical toothed gearings, link fixed on the horizontal shaft, con-rod, drive link, twin holder-beam installed in the body of the machine, this is connected to one head of the con-rod, and there two loppers are fixed. Additionally the device includes a pin, slider and guide fixed in the body of the machine. The pin is fixed on the con-rod and is connected to the slider, the slider is connected to the guide, the drive link is arranged as a crank and is connected to the other head of the slider, the conical toothed gearing has total gear ratio 1:2, and the double holder-beam is installed in the body of the machine with possibility of reciprocal motion. |
