A method for washing wheat gluten includes paste mixing in laboratory kneading machine. According to the invention, in the kneading machine in sequence paste mixing and gluten washing are performed, paste maturing takes place in the kneading machine or in separate vessel, gluten washing is performed in that very kneading machine, this additionally has openings for removal of starch and water doser for continuous washing each paste batch. |
