PURPOSE: System and method enabling communications between non-RCS system and RCS system efficiently translate a message sending from a first user using RCS to a second user using non-RCS, and thereby allow users to easily communicate. CONSTITUTION: A server using the RCS (Rich Communication Service) distinguishes the language of a message received from a first user (401). The server stores the distinguished language into a corresponding category of the first user in a language history table (402). The server distinguishes the preference language of a second user. If the preference language does not exist in the language history table, the server stores the preference language into a corresponding category of the second user in the language history table (402). If the distinguished language and the preference language do not match, the server sends the message to a translator.
