PURPOSE: A random PWM generator for reducing the noise of an inverter is provided to rapidly design the same by facilitating model based design. CONSTITUTION: A command voltage output unit outputs a command voltage. A carrier generator (140) generates a plurality of carriers. A random selection unit (130) randomly selects one of the carriers by periods. A PWM generator (170) generates an inverter driving pulse. A space vector generator outputs the command voltage as a three phase command voltage.
