FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and agriculture and can be used for stock dehydration in production of pectin, removal of liquid phase from loose materials, etc. Proposed plant comprises outer drum accommodating helical insert, filter, inlet and outlet branch pipes. Filter is composed of, at least, one perforated strip coiled in helical turns interconnected in strip lengthwise edges and bent at angle to flexure lines to make unidirectional helical lines and surfaces representing perforated polygonal pockets. Distance between flexure lines equals the length of every elements of polygon. Distance between flexure lines equal the length of every element of polygon. Note here that said pockets on inner surface differ in sixes and shape from those on outer surface.EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of mixing, expanded operating performances.7 dwg |
