PURPOSE: A radiator stay device capable of controlling a length is provided to improve the compatibility of a radiator device and to reduce man hours by including a method capable of correcting a mistake of a designer. CONSTITUTION: A radiator stay device capable of controlling a length comprises an upper rod (310) and a lower rod (320). A lower end of the lower rod is fixed to an upper frame forming an inner bottom surface of an engine room. The upper rod is fixed to a side frame of a radiator body. The upper rod and the lower rod are connected in order to control the length with a screw.
