PURPOSE: A press method for manufacturing a lower arm for a car is provided to reduce the number of presses, thereby improving productivity and reducing unit cost. CONSTITUTION: A press method for manufacturing a lower arm for a car includes: a step of implementing a forming process on a lower arm-shaped raw material processed through a blanking process; a step of implementing a cam-piercing process, a piercing process, and a cutting process on the raw material from the forming process; a step of implementing a flanging process, a re-striking process, and a burring process on the raw material; and a step of implementing a cam-cutting process on the raw material from the burring process, and processing the raw material into the lower arm with a completed shape.
