PURPOSE: A gasket structure for a separator is provided to improve sealability to flow channels of the separator without a gasket burr, and to facilitate the flow of fluids in the flow channels. CONSTITUTION: A gasket structure for a separator with an improved sealing structure comprises a first and a second main line (130a) formed in the width direction of the separator from lines of a reaction side (110) and a cooling side of the separator; and a plurality of sublines which are formed on both surfaces, spaced from each other at a constant interval, and form the inlet and the outlet for a reaction gas and cooling water A plurality of uniform sized empty spaces (210) is formed on the first main line and the second main line.
