摘要 PURPOSE: A call service system and a method thereof are provided to generate and transmit a relief text message, thereby increasing reliability of a client. CONSTITUTION: A center server (300) includes a database which collects a call request list, which is requested from clients who use a call service, and an empty taxi list of waiting taxis. A call management unit (310) manages the empty taxi list of the taxis having taxi terminals for receiving call requests which are inputted from client terminals. The call management unit deletes and manages the empty taxi list of taxis which accept a call request. A cyber money management unit (320) manages cyber money necessary for registering a taxi in the empty taxi list. When a client boards the taxi, a message management unit (340) generates a relief text message and transmits the same to the client terminal. After a call request of the client, a reliability evaluation unit (350) provides reliability information of the client to the taxi terminal.
