PRIMER SET, METHOD AND KIT FOR THE RAPID AND SENSITIVE DETECTION OF BOVINE TUBERCULOSIS IN CATTLE USING LOOP-MEDIATED ISOTHERMAL AMPLIFICATION

PURPOSE: A primer set for bovine tuberculosis injection diagnosis, a bovine tuberculosis injection diagnosing method using the primer set and diagnostic kit are provided to diagnose infection of bovine tuberculosis by applying on site as well as being high-sensitivity, quick and accurate with small amount of blood sample. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for bovine tuberculosis infection comprises the primer set 1 and the primer set 2. The primer set 1 comprises an inner-forward primer of sequence number 1, an inner-reverse primer of sequence number 2, an outer-forward primer of sequence number 3, an outer-reverse primer of sequence 4, a loof-forward primer of sequence number 5, and a loof-reverse primer of sequence number 6. The primer set 2 comprises an inner-forward primer of sequence number 7, an inner-reverse primer of sequence number 8, an outer-forward primer of sequence number 9, an outer-reverse primer of sequence number 10, a loof-forward primer of sequence number 11, and a loof-reverse primer of sequence number 12. A bovine tuberculosis infection diagnosing method comprises a step of obtaining LAMP amplified product 1 by amplifying LAMP using the primer set 1, a step of obtaining LAMP amplified product 2 by amplifying LAMP using the primer set 2, and a step of confirming infection of the LAMP amplified product 1 and the LAMP amplified product 2. The bovine tuberculosis infection diagnostic kit comprises the primer set for bovine tuberculosis infection diagnosis.
