<p>PURPOSE: A Korean input device and a method thereof are provided to easily input information by displaying a virtual keyboard having different colors according to consonant and vowel components of Korean. CONSTITUTION: A keyboard unit (103) displays a virtual keyboard on a screen of a user terminal. The virtual keyboard includes an initial sound key input unit including initial sound input keys displayed with a first color, a middle sound key input unit including middle sound input keys displayed with a second color, and a final sound input key unit including final sound input keys displayed with a third color. An information input unit (104) inputs consonant and vowel information corresponding to an input key selected from the virtual keyboard into the user terminal.
