PURPOSE: A flower fertilizing apparatus is provided to largely reduce worker's fatigue degree and to accurately fertilize the pollen to pistil. CONSTITUTION: A flower fertilizing apparatus(100) comprises: a housing with a space thereinside; a pollen transfer tray with a supply port for feeding the pollen and a discharge port for discharging the pollen; a pollen transfer unit(20) with a transfer screw unit; a pollen tank(30); an anti-backflow device(40) which prevents the backflow of the pollen; a spray tube(50) connected to one side of the discharge port; a blowing unit(60) for dispersing dust; and a control unit(70) which controls the transfer screw unit, a pollen feeding unit, and the blowing unit.
