PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing image information of an accessor to a manager are provided to enable the manager to confirm the accessor with naked eyes. CONSTITUTION: An access control server(20) manages, changes, and registers a new accessor provided from a terminal(10) for issuing a pass card. A database(21) stores accessor information including image information for the accessor and an accessor ID. An image expression server(30) includes an algorithm synchronizing with the modified information in real time in the access control server. An operating terminal(41,42,43) provides pass card information and image information for the accessor to a manager. A manager operating terminal provides the state information of the operating terminal.
