A cutting board (3) which comprises thin sheets (1) of different materials or a combination thereof. The cutting board (3) is glued along the outer rim (2) in order to prevent contamination of the underlying sheets/cutting surfaces (3). One corner (4) is left without glue so that the sheets (1) may be gripped and pulled off. This cutting board (3) is used as a traditional cutting board but with the difference that it, with thin sheets (1), may replace several different cutting boards and/or do not need to be cleaned between different cutting occasions or when a user changes food products on the cutting surface. |
