PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing sterilizing power in a space and a method thereof are provided to show a reference for sterilizing power evaluation in a space. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus (1000) for testing sterilizing power in a space comprises a space part (100) in which a predetermined space is prepared and bacteria is injected, a blower part (200) which is attached to one side of the space and blows internal air, a bacteria injection part (300) which injects bacteria through an opening formed on one side of the space, a sterilization part (400) which is arranged inside the space and sterilizes bacteria which moves with the air from the blower part, and a bacteria collecting part (500) in which an opening is formed on one side of the space to collect air sterilized by the sterilization part.
