PURPOSE: A thermal scan combined fire detecting device having a thermal scan function and an escape guide light and a fire sensing system using the same are provided to improve fire fight safety and a fire supervisory function. CONSTITUTION: Multiple thermal scan combined fire sensing devices (1) are dispersedly arranged at a facility and comprise a thermal scan sensor and an escape guiding light. Multiple medium (m) are connected between thermal scan sensors included at the same thermal scan combined fire detecting device or different thermal scan combined fire detecting device. A control device measures the heat flux of the multiple medium according to the flow of time by distance or location for calculating thermal distribution. The control device grasps the location of fire and an escaping direction based on the thermal distribution and respectively controls escaping guide lamps for indicating the escaping direction.
