PURPOSE: New 6-amino-3-carboxamidoindazole derivatives or pharmaceutically-acceptable salt is provided to prevent and cure diseases caused by abnormal cell growth as the inhibitory activity against protein kinase is strong. CONSTITUTION: A compound selected from among 6-amino-3-carboxamidoindazole derivatives represented by the chemical formula 1 and the pharmaceutically-acceptable salt and a hydrate thereof and a solvate thereof, and an isomer thereof. The compound is included in the pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of the cancer disease as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition used in prevention and treatment of the disease induces abnormal cell growth through the inhibitory mechanism of protein kinase. The above compound is included in the medicine for prevention and treatment of tumors as an active ingredient.
