PURPOSE: A rotating type mobile phone holder is provided to steadily set up the various sizes of terminals and to freely control a screen direction of the set terminal. CONSTITUTION: A moving part (30) is fitted between a holding part and a supporting part so that the supporting part moves in 0° to 350° range based on the holding part. An antiskid friction pad is fitted on the surface of the holding part. The antiskid friction pad is fitted along the edge of the holding part. A mirror, an etching board, a wood board, a white board or a blackboard are installed on the surface of the holding part which is located on the inner side of the antiskid friction pad.
