PURPOSE: A solar cell back sheet and a method for fabricating the same are provided to save manufacturing costs by replacing a fluoride based film with a coating layer including fluoride. CONSTITUTION: A first layer includes a first base film (2), a functional coating layer (1), and an anti-moisture barrier layer (3). A second layer includes a second base film (6), an alumina deposition layer (5), and an EVA adhesion layer (7). The alumina deposition layer is formed on the upper surface of the second base film. The EVA adhesion layer is formed on the rear surface of the second base film. An adhesive layer (4) is formed between the first layer and the second layer.
