METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VANTILATION SYSTEM OF DWELLING SPACE USING INFRARED SENSOR

PURPOSE: A control method of a ventilation system by using infrared sensors for a residential space is provided to have an infrared sensor among multiple infrared sensors to operate a damper and a blower which are installed in a space where a resident is detected, thereby improving energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A control method of a ventilation system by using infrared sensors for a residential space comprises the following steps. Multiple infrared sensor respectively detects whether a resident is or not in each space. One among the multiple infrared sensors which detects the resident operates a damper which is installed in the space where the resident is detected, and opens a duct corresponding to the space. The infrared sensor that opens the duct transmits the opening state of the duct to a controller. The controller starts the operation of a blower when receiving the opening state of the duct.
