摘要 PURPOSE: A device for simulating shift actuator load for a commercial vehicle using a hydraulic cylinder is provided to simulate load properties applied to the shift actuator when being mounted on an actual commercial vehicle, thereby testing the load properties. CONSTITUTION: A device for simulating shift actuator load for a commercial vehicle using a hydraulic cylinder includes a hydraulic cylinder (100), a piston (110), a piston rod (120), an accumulator (200), and a pressure sensor (300). The hydraulic cylinder includes a fluid inlet and fluid outlets (101A,101B). The piston is installed inside the hydraulic cylinder. The piston road is installed on the piston, and the front end of the piston rod is penetrated through the hydraulic cylinder, thereby being in contact with a transmission pin (3B). The accumulator is connected to the hydraulic cylinder. The pressure sensor senses the inner pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. A pin-hole (102) is formed on the hydraulic cylinder. A connection hole (111) is formed on the piston. A gap is formed between the piston and the hydraulic cylinder.
