PURPOSE: A molten galvanizing steel plate with the excellent plating surface quality and the plating adhesiveness and a producing method thereof are provided to suppress the formation of oxidation by spreading, on the surface, silicon, manganese, or aluminum, which are not easy to be plated and included in the steel plate, at the time of the annealing, thereby preventing the steel plate from being uncoated. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of molten galvanizing steel plate with the excellent plating surface quality and the plating adhesiveness comprises the following steps of: plating at least one or two of Fe, Ni, and Co on the prepared steel foundation plate in the amount of 0.2 to 3 g/m^2; heating the first plated steel plate at the dewing point temperature of -30 to 10°C in 2 to 20 vol% of H2 and remainder N2, at the speed of 2°C/s or more; maintaining the heated steel plate; cooling the maintained steel plate; and plating the cooled steel plate by dipping in the molten galvanizing bath.
