PURPOSE: A device for acquiring images of a phase difference of neutral beams is provided to have the coherence of a neutral light source satisfying a phase image acquisition condition while minimizing a distance between the neutral light source and a detector for maintaining the brightness of the neutral light source. CONSTITUTION: A device for acquiring images of a phase difference of neutral beams comprises a neutral light source (10), a light source lattice (20), and a knife-edge filter (30). The neutral light source irradiates the neutral beams. The light source lattice is installed in a progressive direction of the neutral beams separately from the neutral light source and formed into a lattice shape in which stripes of predetermined width are crossed in length and breadth directions. A plurality of holes formed by the crossed stripes is arranged two-dimensionally in the light source lattice. The knife-edge filter is installed in the progressive direction of the neutral beams separately from the neutral light lattice and formed into a lattice shape in which stripes of predetermined width are crossed in length and breadth directions. End portions of the stripes of the knife-edge filter are formed into a knife shape. Neutron absorbing materials are deposited on one side of the knife-edge filter. |
