摘要 PURPOSE: A pilger device is provided to improve work efficiency by using a transformation device preventing the breakaway of components. CONSTITUTION: A pilger device for reducing a diameter comprises a crank shaft (100), a bearing (200), a connecting rod (300), a sleeve (400), an extension shaft (500), and a locking nut (600). The crank shaft is operated by rotation. The bearing is inserted into one end unit projected from the crank shaft. The connecting rod is mounted around the outer circumference of the bearing. The sleeve is inserted between the crank shaft and the bearing with a taper shape. The extension shaft is combined with the projected surface of the crank shaft by using a fixing bolt. The locking nut is connected to the outer circumference of the extension shaft and pressures a front end unit of the sleeve.
