PURPOSE: An automatic roasting device is provided to roast various kinds of the meat and fish in an optimal condition by installing a spraying pipe, an air supply pipe, a transfer device, a gridiron settling frame, a timer, and a sliding rail. CONSTITUTION: An automatic roasting device comprises a main body (100), a charcoal container (200), a spraying pipe, an air supply pipe, a transfer device, a gridiron settling frame (500), a timer, and a sliding rail (600). The spraying pipe supplies the air to prevent the dust or charcoal ash from adhering to the meat or fish by passing through a penetration hole. The air supply pipe supplies the air supplied from an outer air supply source to the spraying pipe, The transfer device vertically transfers the air supply pipe by pulling or releasing a wire and vertically transfers the charcoal container and the spraying pipe along the air supply pipe. The timer sets the heating time for a combusting object settled in the gridiron settling frame. The sliding rail guides the gridiron settling frame inside the main body and automatically discharges to the outside of the main body according to the predetermined time in the timer. |
