PURPOSE: A clear ice manufacturing method and a device for the same are provided to prevent the growth of white turbidity by making ice at a higher temperature than a normal ice-making temperature from an initial stage to a middle stage for making ice and subsequently making ice at the normal ice-making temperature from the middle stage to a late stage. CONSTITUTION: A clear ice manufacturing method comprises the following steps: making ice at a higher temperature than a normal ice-making temperature from an initial ice-making stage (t0) to a middle ice-making stage (t1) for making ice; and making ice at the normal ice-making temperature from the middle ice-making stage to a late ice-making stage (t2). d1 represents initial an ice-making temperature. d2 represents the normal ice-making temperature. d1 is greater than d2. t0 represents the initial ice-making stage. t1 represents the middle ice-making stage. t2 represents the late ice-making stage.
