APPARATUS FOR PICKLING THE NUCLEAR FUEL CLADDING TUBE WITH ENHANCED PREVENTING CHARACTERISTIC FOR PICKLING SOLUTION LEAKAGE

PURPOSE: A nuclear fuel rod pickling processing apparatus having an improved pickling agent leakage prevention function is provided to prevent quality degradation of a product. CONSTITUTION: A cladding tube pickling processing apparatus includes a body (100), a cover (200), a conveyance unit (300), a ladder (400), a nozzle unit (500) and a clamp unit (600). The body includes a pickling agent retrieval tank, a cleansing solution retrieval tank, a partition wall and a tilting tray. The ladder is installed in an upper part of the body and has a support plate (410) supporting a nuclear fuel rod cladding tube. The conveyance unit is installed in the body and conveys the nuclear fuel rod cladding tube to the ladder. The nozzle unit is prepared in the ladder and injects the pickling agent and cleansing solution to the nuclear fuel rod cladding tube. The clamp unit fixes the nuclear fuel rod cladding tube conveyed to the ladder by the conveyance unit.
