PURPOSE: A groove / building failure analysis system using a resource relation map log and a method thereof are provided to effectively analyze and process a failure by returning present state to previous resource state as necessary. CONSTITUTION: A groove / building log base failure managing device (100) produces and manages a resource relation map based on collected information. The groove / building log base failure managing device compares and analyzes previous integrated resources state and present resource state using resource relation map logging information when a failure occurs. The groove / building log base failure managing device provides state information of resources which are changed into information having high relation with failure resources. The groove / building log base failure managing device returns the present resource state to the previous resource state as necessary. The groove / building log base failure managing device performs efficient failure analysis and processing.
