PURPOSE: A three-stage casting mold is provided to inject molten metal to the central portion of mold and cause the post-treatment process not to be performed by the machining after a mold product is manufactured, thereby reducing the man-hour of work. CONSTITUTION: A three-stage casting mold includes an upper mold (110), a lower mold (120), and a middle mold (130). The lower mold is spaced by predetermined distance so as to face the upper mold, and has a sleeve into which molten steel is injected in the center of the inner circumference. A plunger (126) that slides along the longitudinal direction of the sleeve is coupled to the sleeve.
