PURPOSE: A device for preheating a nozzle in the casing process is provided to employ means for heating and preheating a nozzle at the lower portion so as to prevent the heat from being transmitted to a cooling roll, thereby minimizing the heat damage of cooling roll. CONSTITUTION: A device for preheating a nozzle in a casing process includes a nozzle (20) and a cooling roll (30). The nozzle supplies molten metal in the casting process. The cooling roll is rotatably arranged adjacent to the nozzle. A nozzle preheating and heating unit (50), which applies heat to the nozzle, is provided in the nozzle so that the temperature of the nozzle is stably and continuously maintained. The nozzle preheating and heating means includes a heating wire installed at the lower part of the nozzle.
