3D IMAGE SENSOR AND 3D IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A 3D image processing system is provided to produce color information and distance information by using wavelengths of infrared area and visible light area by controlling selective opening of a third region and a fourth region in a shutter controller. CONSTITUTION: A filter (40) comprises a first region for passing wavelengths of infrared area and a second region for blocking wavelengths of the infrared area. A shutter (50) comprises a third region corresponding to the first area and a forth region corresponding to the second region. An image sensor (10) produces distance information by using the wavelengths of the infrared area when a shutter controller (51) opens the third region. The image sensor produces color information by using visible light area when the shutter controller opens the forth region.
