<p>PURPOSE: An intelligent virtual training method and an application operating device for performing the same are provided to be able to provide exercise information such as an exercise method and an exercise goal, etc. optimized an individual user based on a training program transmitted through a web server. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent virtual training method comprises the following steps: (i) an application operating device is connected to a web server through a transmitting device, and transmitted with a training program in which the exercise type and an exercise course etc. from the web server; (ii) a processing unit of the application operating device outputs the exercise information about the training program through a display unit of the application operation device; (iii) the processing unit wirelessly receives the output from at least one sensor terminal which is wore on one designated part of user and detects the exercise state of the user; (iv) the processing unit outputs exercise amount of the user on a display unit based on the kinetic state of the user; and (v) the processing unit stores the exercise amount of the user in a memory unit of the application operating device. The application operating device is installed with an application performing the intelligent virtual training method, and performs the application.
