METHOD FOR ANALYZING THE MANUFACTURING ERROR OF RUDDER

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing errors in rudder manufacturing is provided to accurately analyze errors of the rudder manufacturing, thereby confirming whether or not a rudder is manufactured in order to fit a design shape. CONSTITUTION: Measurement data of a rudder shape, which is expressed by measurement points, is generated in a first coordinate system by measuring the rudder shape (S201). Design data of the rudder shape is generated in a second coordinate system (S202). An initial position of the rudder shape locates the measurement data of the first coordinate system on the second coordinate system, and a shaft of the measurement data is matched with a shaft of the design data (S203). The measurement points of the rudder shape are matched with a curved surface of the design data (S204). A degree check result for errors, which are generated when the rudder shape is manufactured, is generated (S205).
