PURPOSE: A heat transfer printer is provided to print evenly throughout a printing surface of a target object, thereby obtaining an excellent printing result. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer printer comprises a frame (10), a support rail (50), a pressing head (40), a driving unit (60), a heater (42), and a control circuit unit. The pressing head is joined to the support rail in the inside of the frame and slide-moved along a longitudinal direction of a working section. At least both ends of the support rail are joined respectively to the frame in the inner upper part of the frame. The driving unit is connected to a roller (41) installed in the pressing head and transmits power to the roller. The heater heats the roller. The control circuit unit controls the operation of the driving unit and the heater in heat transfer printing.
