PURPOSE: A portable image checking device is provided to calculate a position where damages are actually generated, a direction, width, and the length of cracks or a damaged portion by analyzing photographed images and to build a database, thereby efficiently inspecting a bridge. CONSTITUTION: A portable image checking device includes an inspection supporting bar unit (100), an image photographing unit (200), a cable adjusting unit (300), a display unit (500), an inspection control unit (400). The length of the inspection supporting bar unit is adjustable and power and driving cables are inserted inside the inspection supporting bar unit. The image photographing unit includes a camera and a supersonic wave sensor. The cable adjusting unit is formed on the lower part of the inspection supporting bar unit and elastically adjusts the length. The cable adjusting unit supports the power and driving cables so that the power and driving cables obtain tension. The display unit displays the photographed images so that a user can check the images on a site. The inspection control unit controls the image photographing unit and the display unit.
