PURPOSE: Pseudomonas genus microorganism HC1 is provided to environmentally-friendly treat the brown blotch disease of mushrooms by effectively resolving tolaasin. CONSTITUTION: Microorganisms with tolaasin resolution comprise the basic sequence of a sequence number 1, KACC91693. The culturing temperature of the microorganisms is in a range of 15-40°C. The culturing pH value of the microorganisms is in a range of 4.0-11.0. The microorganisms are cultured with one or more carbon sources selected from a group including fructose, galactose, saccharose, inositol, glycerol, dextrose, dextrin, Na-CMC, mannose, maltose, raffinose, cellobiose, ethanol, and sol lysine. The microorganisms are cultured with one or more organic nitrogen sources selected from a group including peptone, soytone, casaminoacid, tryptone, yeast extracts, and malt extracts. |
