PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make accurate heating power settings while causing convection in a cooking object by applying high heating power, and carry out stewing cooking well.SOLUTION: When a heating power setting unit 5 outputs a heating start or heating power change command, a control unit 7 outputs a heating mode 6 in which a shift is made from an initial mode in which constant electric power is applied for a predetermined time to a main mode in which input is controlled so as to periodically repeat application of electric power smaller than the initial-mode electric power after application of electric power larger than the electric power in the initial mode with the same average electric power with the initial mode, and thereby user's wrong determination on temperature settings can be avoided, so that delicious strewed food can be cooked. |
