PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device and an electronic apparatus which can accurately perform power-saving control.SOLUTION: A control device comprises a processing unit, a first storage unit, a second storage unit, and a power supply control unit. The power supply control unit starts to supply power to each of the processing unit and the first storage unit, when the second storage unit stores first control information which is to be used for controlling a state of the processing unit and when the control device shifts from a first mode stopping power supply to each of the processing unit, the first storage unit and the second storage unit to a second mode stopping power supply to each of the processing unit and the second storage unit and also supplying power to the first storage unit. When power is supplied to the processing unit and it makes the processing unit be in a first state and become operational, the processing unit creates second control information different from the fist control information and stores it in the first storage unit. The power supply control unit stops supplying power to the processing unit after the second control information is stored in the first storage unit. |
